Biography


Ann has over 35 years’ experience of working with children and young people. For the past 9 years she has been employed Children Rights and Complaints Officer for Newport City Council.

Ann currently volunteers for RESOLVE it, she ensures that all policies are up to date and relevant to the companies work.

Ann is devoted to ensuring that children/young people/ adults are aware of the United Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC); that they understand their rights, enabling them to be able involved in decision making that affects their lives.

Ann feels that it is crucial children and young people know how to be safe and that it is their right.
