Exposed himself to the primary school pupil outside a Co-op store

On 4th February, Outside the Co-op store, Clydach, Swansea. Graham Phillips, 34, drew the 11-year-old primary school pupils attention to his Staffordshire bull terrier before exposing his genitals.

Luckily the terrified girl got away, clawing her way back into the shop to the safety of her mother.

At Swansea Magistrates court, Phillips admitted a count of exposure. Phillips was fined £300, jailed for 16 weeks and pay a further £150 victim surcharge and register as a sex offender.
